Description
The Yucca filifera, commonly known as the tree yucca or Mexican tree yucca, is a tall, arborescent species native to northern Mexico. It can grow up to 10 meters (around 33 feet) in height and is known for its striking, sword-shaped leaves with filamentous edges. These leaves cluster at the ends of its branches, forming rosettes. The plant produces large, creamy-white flower clusters that are bell-shaped and attract pollinators. Due to its hardy nature and drought tolerance, Yucca filifera is often used in landscaping for arid and semi-arid regions.
